Bungalow Renovation

Essington, Staffordshire.

A 70's style 2 bed bungalow, extended and refurbished to provide an extra master bedroom with en-suite and dining area. A traditional external appearance was sought with a contemporary interior. The external elevations received a new brick skin complete with corbel and dental detailing. All windows and doors were replaced and landscaping to the front and rear gardens.

Grade II Listed Renovation

Burton-Upon Trent, Staffordshire.

This Grade II listed hunting lodge of the late Oswald Moseley was in need of a complete renovation to meet the requirements of modern family living whilst fundamentally maintaining the heritage and character of the original building.

Alterations & Extension

Repton, Derbyshire.

A Georgian farmhouse set on a hill side, surrounded by beautiful country side required extending by our client to form a kitchen, dining room and part covered courtyard. Our solution was to provide a pentagonal shaped extension forming the kitchen / diner presenting 180 degree views. A glazed oak frame to the courtyard provides space for boot storage and outside working whilst maximising light to the existing windows.

5 New Dwellings

Walsall, West Midlands.

A Brownfield site acquired by our client was presented to us with a brief to maximise the development potential. The site area of only 0.15acres now supports three 4 bed 2.5 storey town houses and two 3 bed semi-detached dwellings with both parking and ample rear gardens.
