Industrial Units

Cannock, Staffordshire.

A development of 8 mixed use industrial units at Key Point, Cannock. The scheme was designed as an 'Z' shaped unit to maximise the site whilst avoiding an existing mineshaft.

This project was designed and completed whilst A. Evans was employed by T.S. Contracts Ltd.

AHP Recycling Plant

West Bromwich, West Midlands.

An existing industrial recycling plant was extended and refurbished to provide a specialist facility incorporating the UK's first infant and feminine hygiene (AHP) recycling equipment. The recycled material is used for the manufacture of plastic components and cardboard amongst other uses.

Glazed Balustrade

Queens Arcade, Cardiff.

The existing handrails and balustrades were replaced as part of the redevelopment of Queens Arcade, Cardiff. Commissioned by a specialist steel fabricator, the new balustrade were designed using 316 grade Stainless steel complete with glass infill panels.
