So, once you have made contact with us, you can expect the following process:

Step 1 – One of our team will visit you at your home for a free 1 hour consultation. We will discuss what you would like to achieve, what style and features you prefer and will ask about your budget for the works. We will essentially interrogate your brief to understand and interpret your requirements.

Step 2 – We will send you a written fee proposal detailing the services we will provide. We will also include optional services and products which you may wish to have.

Step 3 – Upon acceptance of our fee proposal, we will contact you to make arrangements for the commencement of our services. This will usually begin with a measurement survey of your property.
