An existing 2 bedroom Bungalow in Brocton was re-roofed, extended and completely refurbished to provide a 4 bedroom dormer bungalow complete with 2 en-suite bathrooms.
The use of dark grey foil faced UPVC windows and light grey render have helped transform this 60’s styled bungalow into a modern 2 storey stylish home.
Inside the bungalow was remodelled, renovated and saw the introduction of a new 1st floor hosting 3 luxury bedrooms and a family bathroom. The fouth en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor.
To the rear a 1.5 storey garden room and utility area were designed by Lime Architecture complete with full height glazing to make the most of those summer BBQs.
